Yours are perfect because you are perfect," he says with a blush and then hands her some fresh flowers he picked on his flight over. he made sure there were no bugs or weeds in them and only picked the rarest ones.

Her eyes widen as she takes the flowers, which were indeed very beautiful. Almost as pretty as her! "Oh these are absolutely stunning, Shan!" And because they were so thoughtful and beautiful, and he was one of the first to ever bring her flowers, she leaned in and kissed his cheek. "Thank you do much!"

He almost fell over with pride and joy at being kissed by her. Then he could feel the blush of excitement quickly covering his entire snout, face and neck. A black dragon with a pink head!

"I… I… Uhm…" He lowered his head and looked at his front claws that were nervously shuffling about. "You are very welcome," he managed to get out remembering his manners as Audé had taught him. Then he remembered something else to say. "They are pale next to your beauty." He hoped that was right but couldn't bear it if it came out wrong so he shuffled backwards, bowed his head, and then turned, quickly taking flight.

What are you doing, he screamed to himself. Go back! He was so scared but he turned around and swooshed over her, making sure to not disturb the air or mess up her hair. "I will see you again, very soon!" he told while passing overhead.
