There was quite a bit of progress made on the pool, even thought it might not look like that was the case. After all, there had been designs to be finalized, supplies to order, contractors to hire, and assorted other important things before the actual project could begin.

Finally though, the day had come for the official ground breaking, and the backhoes were hard at work. That is they were until one of the operators came to find her.

A little while later, she went inside to talk to Aidan.

"I thought you said the body was under the tree!"

"You mean it's not under the tree!?"

"Not unless you've got more than one!"

She still thinks he just told her it was under there so she wouldn't uproot the damn thing. It wasn't even fully grown or anything, so its not like it would have really made much of a difference.

"I could have sworn that it was under there. That's strange. Well, the tree still stays. The body has to stay too. Unless your crew already called the cops.

Which, I can't have being that I worked with some of those guys and they don't know that I'm alive again."

She rolls her eyes as though that was one of the silliest things she's ever heard. "Of course no one has called the cops. These guys wouldn't do anything without my say so. We'll simply have to move the body to somewhere else on the property is all. You don't want the thing sitting under your in ground hot tub."

"What happened to the other above ground hot tub?"

"You have to incorporate that into your plans. I don't care if it's in a bloody sauna, you have to keep that and the tree. I'm not asking for much. Just two things. Can you do that?"

She looks at him for a moment, then nods. "Okay, I promise that I'll incorporate those two things into my plans."

"Nicely, K'tanya. They mean a lot to me. If you don't incorporate them into the plans then I will be mad."

"I will totally incorporate them and I'll treat them as if they were my very own. I swear on my mother's grace."

She looks down at her watch. "Well, I better get back to work. Lots to get done today, and more now."

K'tanya blows him a kiss, and then she's gone in a swirl of strawberry scent.

He shakes his head, but smiles because she smells like sweet Strawberries.
