She's the owner. It's not a chain place, just a family owned business. But I go there to stock up when I run errands. And she's always wearing those damn shoes.

Aw, but she's so sweet to us when we go there! Questionable taste in shoes aside, I couldn't shop anywhere else. Plus, there aren't many options in town.
